FOCO FLAVA Vol. 10 is more than another battle. For ten years, FOCO FLAVA has created spaces in Northern Colorado where dancers, generations, styles, and communities can meet in the cypher.
Volume 10 turns an entire week into a celebration of that history. Knowledge. Movement. Competition. Freestyle. Community. Culture.

Breaking Battle
The team keeps growing.Top 16 Youth + Top 16 Adults, mixed into surprise 2v2 teams drawn from a hat. Every win adds a dancer from the losing side.

Prelims
Open-Styles dancers compete in preliminaries.

Split the Bracket
The Top 16 are divided into two sides.
8 dancers vs 8 dancers.
Team Battle
The two sides battle in 1v1 rounds. Your side works together to eliminate the opposing side.
Remix the Winners
The winning side doesn't stay together. It gets split, remixed, and placed against each other again.

Generation Cypher Battles
Three generations. One champion.
Two Generation Cyphers run at Vol. 10 — one for Breaking, one for Open Styles. Both use the same structure. This isn't an age bracket. It's generations meeting in the cypher.

Secret Judges Watch
Secret judges select one winner from each generation's cypher.
You won't know who's judging.
Winners Battle
The three generation winners battle each other for the title.

The Cypher Is More
Than Movement.
Vol. 10 takes the conversation beyond competition. Throughout the week, respected voices in Hip Hop dance and culture connect with the community around history, lineage, lived experience, and generational exchange — linking what happens in the cypher to the stories and people that shaped it.

Workshops run through the middle of the week — roughly one hour each, with transition time between sessions. Styles currently being programmed:
